Our valuable employees for the year 2022

At LPRS, we never fail to recognize employee contribution. Every contribution matters to our growth, and these team members stood out for exceptional commitment. Prizes were distributed in the presence of beloved HR Admin Rakesh R.H of TIEI.

Fork lift supervisor who showed excellent commitment in supervising work throughout the year and took strong ownership of every task carried out.

A valuable employee who consistently went the extra mile, worked overtime when needed, and kept improving across responsibilities.

Covid support and food distribution

We successfully distributed free food to employees across Karnataka during the covid lockdown. We also paid salaries for employees even when companies were shut, helping us maintain a strong and trusted relationship with our teams.

Yearly vacation - 2022

We took our employees on a yearly vacation to places like Talakadu, Chickmagaluru, and other destinations to celebrate the team and create meaningful shared experiences.

Support towards financial goals - 2022

We supported employees in reaching personal financial goals, including helping them buy bikes by offering loans with monthly EMI support through LPRS.

Beyond wages and compliance, we also support the personal aspirations of our people. This initiative reflects our belief that workforce care should extend into long-term stability and dignity for employees and their families.

Personal trainings for employees

We conducted personal training sessions to help employees grow in both their professional responsibilities and their personal careers.

NGO work

We regularly arrange food for NGOs, and our staff and employees visit to serve meals as part of our continued effort to give back to society.
